Montgomery Pens Return Policy

  Should you not be satisfied with your purchase from Montgomery Pens, simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Your purchase price will be refunded. Only products that are in new, resalable condition, in their original packaging with instructions and warranty cards will be accepted. Please include the receipt which accompanies each shipment for proof of purchase.

Returns

• Full refund including the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
• If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
• Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
• You will receive a refund within 15 business days of our processing your return
• Restocking fees may apply (20%) if the return is not our fault.

Exchanges

• Shipping is paid for by Montgomery Pens if the exchange is a result of our error.
• If your exchange is not due to our error, a shipping charge will apply.
